Refer and Earn with UGRO Capital

1. Benefit is provided only post disbursal of the loan of a referred customer (Including clearance of OTCs, if any) and after completion of 3 days.
2. A UGRO onboarded customer becomes eligible to refer another customer 3 days post loan disbursal in Jayam and on clearance of OTCs.
3. If Delinquent customers (DPD 1 and above) refers the case, then they will be excluded and would not be eligible for any referral benefit.
4. The referral benefits will be applicable to only direct sourced cases without involvement of any Ugro Channel partner, connectors or referral partners.

Participation in the customer referral program is purely voluntary and at the sole discretion of the customers. Such participation shall not be construed as creating any agency, partnership, employment, or contractual relationship between the customer and the Company for the purpose of sourcing or soliciting customers. Customers shall not represent themselves as agents or representatives of the Company and shall not make any commitment, assurance, representation, or communication on behalf of the Company in relation to the sanction, grant, pricing, or any other terms and conditions of the facility.
